Limoges porcelain, hand-blown and gilded crystal from Spain, garnet jewellery from Perpignan, Italian ceramics, lace and textiles: Crafted Origins presents a selection of pieces showcasing the diversity of European craftsmanship. Traditional techniques also inspire contemporary creations, such as a tablecloth by Tissage Moutet featuring patterns inspired by cane weaving and basketry, or a Slovak majolica vase with graphic designs. Presented as part of the OFICI fair, the exhibition explores how these crafts continue to evolve while retaining their strong regional identities. It also introduces the new European system designed to protect the geographical origin of craft products.
Dates: 6–8 November 2026
